John ‘Jack’ B. Supler III
John ‘Jack’ B. Supler III, 82 of Beaver passed away Wednesday February 26 in Concordia Villa St. Joseph, Baden. He was born March 2, 1937 in New Brighton and was the son of the late John Bentley Supler Jr. and Helen Lucille McCartney Supler. Jack had lived most of his life in Beaver, graduating from Beaver High School, Valley Forge Military Academy and Waynesburg College. He retired in 1998 after 37 years service as a Case Worker Supervisor for the Welfare Department, was a former President of the J. C.’s, had coached Little League Baseball, was an avid Steelers fan, and was an Army and Army Reserve veteran. Surviving him are his wife of 60 years, Rebecca H. Supler, sons, John B. (Margie Blackburn) Supler IV, Ambridge and Mark A. (Patricia) Supler, Moon Township, grandchildren, Brianna, Brittany, Justin and Jason and a special cousin Peggy Supler Snyder. Friends will be received Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver and a funeral will be Monday at 11 AM in the Beaver Christian & Missionary Alliance Church conducted by Pastor Roland Gray The family wants to thank the Concordia Villa St. Joseph and Good Samaritan Hospice for their compassionate care of Jack. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions may be made to the church or Beaver County Humane Society.
